Responsibilities
Responsible for acting consultatively with the business areas of the Sicredi Administrative Center (CAS) to develop systemic learning programs, projects and solutions (asynchronous, synchronous and in-person) that place the learner at the center and contribute to competency development and performance improvement:
Conduct diagnostics and carry out surveys with business areas and the target audience (learners) to identify the real learning needs;
Build the strategy and design the learning experience together with CAS areas, especially those connected to Strategic Planning, acting consultatively with different methodologies, considering innovation and the learning experience (learning experience design);
Produce online courses in various formats (one-pagers, infographics, games, BuzzFeed-style quizzes), as well as low- and medium-complexity videos (animated videos, montages, video lessons, among others);
Create learning experiences using AI for personalization and content curation;
Evaluate and monitor business indicators connected to learning metrics, assessing the need to implement change management plans to achieve the expected results from learning actions, and continuously improving learning initiatives;
Monitor the content portfolio available on Sicredi Aprende and ensure its maintenance whenever necessary.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields;
Experience with corporate education — online (synchronous and asynchronous) and in-person;
Knowledge of adult learning (andragogy) and new methodologies (desirable: 6Ds and Design Thinking);
Knowledge of educational technologies: LMS, games, e-learning, and various media;
Knowledge of UX;
Ability to learn quickly, creativity and strong interpersonal skills;
Agile and digital mindset with a focus on innovation and technology;
Currently working on developing learning initiatives using AI and experienced in designing and mapping employee experience journeys.
