Responsibilities
Responsibility for selected phases of the employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, retention and offboarding
Manage, optimize and implement recruiting processes, including employer branding activities such as support for career fairs
Implement, further develop and enforce HR policies, processes and standards
Ensure compliance with labor law requirements, in particular German employment law
Analyze relevant HR metrics and derive and prepare actionable recommendations
Work closely with executive management on all operational HR matters
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Law or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in operational HR management
Solid knowledge of German labor law
Experience in applying and further developing HR processes and policies
Analytical and structured working style, especially when working with metrics
High level of responsibility, discretion and reliability
Structured, dependable and service-oriented approach to work
Strong communication skills and a professional manner with internal stakeholders
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken; English skills are an advantage
