About the role

  • People & Culture Intern in São Paulo assisting with onboarding new employees and maintaining HR records. Working in a dynamic and supportive team aimed at enhancing employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support the People & Culture team in welcoming new Auroreans through efficient administration of their onboarding, answering questions, and serving as a point of contact
  • Register new starters in our HR management system; set up new employee folders; and coordinate introductory and probationary meetings
  • Support the maintenance and updating of employee records and data in the HR management system (internal moves, changes to personal details, contract changes), ensuring accuracy and data integrity
  • Collaborate with P&C specialists to develop induction plans and ensure new Auroreans have the correct learning plans assigned, including mandatory trainings
  • Maintain and support People & Culture trackers
  • Support the creation and maintenance of process guides and instruction manuals for local HR processes.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with or interest in using an HR system
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, to support the Americas region
  • Proactive and detail-oriented
  • Well organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Respectful of confidentiality and demonstrates integrity
