About the role

  • HR Specialist delivering support for recruitment and administrative functions at Shure. Managing HR activities and office administration to enhance associate relations and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and implement HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, Associate relations, performance management, and related functions to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
  • Support the implementation of global and regional HR initiatives to align with departmental and organizational goals.
  • Organize Associate activities to foster a positive work environment, build strong relationships, and drive employee engagement.
  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies by preparing and maintaining accurate HR documentation and reports.
  • Ensure compensation data is updated and processed accurately and timely.
  • Administer employment formalities, maintain accurate associate data within the HRIS system, and compile regular HR reports.
  • Support to handle employee inquiries, provide HR support, and efficiently mediate and resolve conflicts and grievances.
  • Maintain cleanliness and coordinate maintenance activities to create a well-organized and productive office environment.
  • Collaborate with the regional workplace and security team and liaise with building management office to provide effective on-site support.
  • Assist with organizing and coordinating training programs, workshops, and other development opportunities for Associates across the region.
  • Support the procurement and payment processes for training vendors, ensuring timely and accurate processing of L&D-related purchasing and invoice approvals.
  • Support the coordination of learning assessments, track progress, and report on Associate training outcomes.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, employment, benefits, training, payroll, and office administration.
  • Working knowledge of China labor and employment laws and ordinances.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple assignments and projects simultaneously and complete them accurately and on time.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Good team player with a positive working attitude and ethics, self-starter, and ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Experience handling confidential information and correspondence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. and proven speed and accuracy.
