Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients
Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the customer experience
Leverage company expertise to provide strategic recommendations and deliver personalized experiences
Work closely with business units to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement
Monitor key performance metrics and drive customer retention and loyalty
Analyze business needs and design the best solutions within Sestek products
Support AI Agent design, contributing to chat & voice agent development and AI-driven customer interactions
Design and optimize customer journeys for AI Agents
Requirements
Minimum 6 years of experience in customer success, user experience, or related field
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively
Fluency in English and Turkish (additional languages are a plus)
Experience with AI, voice/chatbot solutions is a plus
A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Strong presentation and storytelling skills
