About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the customer experience
  • Leverage company expertise to provide strategic recommendations and deliver personalized experiences
  • Work closely with business units to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement
  • Monitor key performance metrics and drive customer retention and loyalty
  • Analyze business needs and design the best solutions within Sestek products
  • Support AI Agent design, contributing to chat & voice agent development and AI-driven customer interactions
  • Design and optimize customer journeys for AI Agents

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in customer success, user experience, or related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Fluency in English and Turkish (additional languages are a plus)
  • Experience with AI, voice/chatbot solutions is a plus
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills
