Responsibilities

  • As a Customer Success Manager, your role is to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
  • You will make an impact every day by supporting our clients and partners in the restaurant sector.
  • You provide outstanding assistance and support to our restaurant partners from onboarding through to adoption of our tools.
  • You handle incoming requests and always strive to create a positive experience for every customer.
  • You contribute to documenting our internal processes to streamline the onboarding journey.

  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
