Responsibilities
Understand and manage the communication journey of our platform users
Implement improvements to existing communication flows, relationship journeys and area processes
Manage the calendar of one-off communications
Monitor and report on the performance of executed actions
Identify new communication opportunities through analysis of user behavior patterns
Manage channels (email marketing, push, web push, WhatsApp, in-app/in-browser communication, among others)
Understand the conversion funnel and user pain points to accurately design communications that facilitate navigation from acquisition through to conversion
Create automated, personalized and scalable communications
Actively participate in defining campaign communication strategies
Have a strong understanding of how we deliver value to our users and how we can help OLX do this better and more consistently
Requirements
Previous experience in Marketing with a focus on CRM
Experience with tools for creating, executing and managing marketing campaigns, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or similar
Ability to plan and manage CRM campaigns in an organized manner
Experience analyzing KPIs in the digital market
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel)
Experience managing relationships with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve metrics, request creative assets and other content for communications
Preferred: knowledge of HTML
Analytical profile and strong problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
