About the role
- HR administration & compensation/payroll: management of the HRIS and personnel files
- Onboarding & offboarding: professional support for employees during joining and exit processes
- Recruiting & applicant management: management of multiple vacancies
- People & operations: supporting managers on personnel matters
- Reporting & analysis: preparation of HR statistics
Requirements
- Qualification: commercial vocational training or a degree in business/economics with additional HR management qualification
- Several years of experience as a People Operations Manager or HR Manager
- Experience in hospitality, gastronomy, or tourism is a plus
- Solid knowledge of employment, tax, and social security law
- Excellent German and good English skills
