Requirements
- Qualification: commercial vocational training or a degree in business/economics with additional HR management qualification
- Several years of experience as a People Operations Manager or HR Manager
- Experience in hospitality, gastronomy, or tourism is a plus
- Solid knowledge of employment, tax, and social security law
- Excellent German and good English skills
