  • HR administration & compensation/payroll: management of the HRIS and personnel files
  • Onboarding & offboarding: professional support for employees during joining and exit processes
  • Recruiting & applicant management: management of multiple vacancies
  • People & operations: supporting managers on personnel matters
  • Reporting & analysis: preparation of HR statistics

Requirements

  • Qualification: commercial vocational training or a degree in business/economics with additional HR management qualification
  • Several years of experience as a People Operations Manager or HR Manager
  • Experience in hospitality, gastronomy, or tourism is a plus
  • Solid knowledge of employment, tax, and social security law
  • Excellent German and good English skills
