Qualification: commercial vocational training or a degree in business/economics with additional HR management qualification
Several years of experience as a People Operations Manager or HR Manager
Experience in hospitality, gastronomy, or tourism is a plus
Solid knowledge of employment, tax, and social security law
Excellent German and good English skills
