Responsibilities
owning key people processes: managing a range of employee lifecycle processes from end to end
delivering advisory and ER support: guiding managers and employees through policies and procedures, performance and absence management, and first-stage case resolution
driving projects and continuous improvement: owning small projects from start to finish, contributing to larger team initiatives, and using feedback to sharpen our processes
keeping on top of the day-to-day activities that keep the people function running, including: facilitating inductions, exit interviews, and surveys; managing internal communications, share schemes, and ad hoc reporting requests; supporting reward processes and wider team activities
Requirements
CIPD Level 5 qualification in Human Resource Management (or equivalent experience)
Experience advising managers on people issues or policies
Knowledge and experience administering various employee lifecycle processes
High level of computer literacy and ability to pick up new systems quickly
Employee relations case management experience (bonus points)
Previous experience in a People Consultant position (bonus points)
CIPD level 7 qualification in Human Resource Management (bonus points)
