Responsibilities
Own and drive high‑impact people initiatives across Global Functions, spanning operational and transformational work
Translate leadership priorities into clear roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables
Ensure disciplined execution with measurable outcomes, adoption, and business impact
Establish and maintain a strong operating cadence for the GF People Team
Work collaboratively with the GF People Leader to proactively plan throughout the year
Ensure leadership forums are decision‑focused, well‑prepared, and result in clear actions and follow‑through
Serve as a primary owner of executive‑level communications and materials
Distill complex topics into clear, concise executive narratives that enable high‑quality decision‑making
Act as a connector and integrator across GF People Partners and stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement in how the team operates with a strong focus on efficiency, clarity, and scalability.
Requirements
15+ years of experience in enterprise programs, people strategy, HR transformation, operations, or management consulting
Proven success working closely with senior executive leaders in global organizations
University program or early‑career program experience is a strong plus
Deep People Organization experience is valuable but not required
AI‑fluent, with practical experience applying AI to improve work and outcomes.
