About the role

  • Manage account processes across the entire account service team, ensuring strategic alignment with the client.
  • Ensure that all communication projects are integrated, on schedule, aligned with strategy and brand positioning.
  • Navigate the client’s organizational structure, understand phases and internal processes, and ensure smooth collaboration between agency and client.
  • Ensure strategic alignment across all communication areas, guaranteeing deliveries within the allocated budget and agreed deadlines.
  • Have a deep understanding of the client’s industry and culture.
  • Translate requests, distinguish essential from incidental, and guide the team with a strategic perspective.
  • Manage and enable operational and strategic processes related to the clients served.
  • Integrate internal areas: Planning, Creative, Media, Operations, and Finance.
  • Lead timing, workflows, schedules, and work processes.
  • Manage, develop, evaluate, and provide feedback to the team (supervisors, executives, assistants, and interns).
  • Participate in identifying and recruiting new talent.
  • Earn legitimacy, respect, and credibility among peers and other departments.
  • Work closely with Planning, Creative, Media, and Finance to ensure collaborative and synergistic work.
  • Communicate objectives, ideas, and arguments clearly to clients and internal teams.
  • Organize teams and processes with clarity, transparency, and efficient delegation.
  • Demonstrate proactivity, autonomy, and the ability to mobilize resources and get things done.
  • Seek innovation, maintain a broad vision, and show sensitivity in interpersonal interactions.
  • Update project information in Skills: status, briefings, budget, deadlines, gates, dashboard indicators, tasks, etc.
  • Control financial flow, payments and client validations.
  • Keep status updated in Skills with a CRM-oriented perspective.
  • Direct billing metrics for all involved areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Radio & TV, Film, Events, or related areas.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (especially Excel) — intermediate level.
  • Ability to create presentations in PowerPoint and Keynote.
  • Experience with schedules/timelines, financial control, and planning models.
  • Proficiency in the internal tool Skills (training provided by the agency).
  • Previous experience in advertising agencies in account, management, or strategy roles.
