About the role

  • Client Relationship Manager managing a defined book of business for Regional Account clients. Supporting clients with strategies for growth and retention in the benefits sector.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a defined book of business for Regional Account customers
  • Proactively support clients through stewardship meetings
  • Develops and executes comprehensive book of business strategies
  • Identifies and coordinates annual enrollment activities
  • Partner with Regional Account Executive to drive renewals and growth

Requirements

  • 2 years of Disability and Life Group Benefits experience
  • 4-year college degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Group Life & Health license required
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
