Responsibilities
Part of a four-person team and responsible for preparing the monthly payroll and salary statements for all areas of the club as well as its subsidiaries.
Point of contact for managers, employees, authorities and institutions on payroll tax and social security law matters.
Support and advise the S04 companies on payroll tax issues.
Prepare reports and statistics for the board, HR department, financial accounting and controlling.
Support external audits such as payroll tax audits and social security audits.
Assist with semi-annual and annual closing tasks and perform monthly account reconciliations.
Requirements
Completed training as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte) or a commercial vocational qualification with several years of experience in payroll processing.
Professional knowledge of payroll tax law, social security law and employment law acquired through several years of work experience.
Proficient in payroll processing, ideally with DATEV LODAS or comparable payroll software.
