Responsibilities
- Erstellung der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung mit SAP HCM für einen definierten Mitarbeiterbereich
- Anwendung und Beachtung von Tarifverträgen, Betriebsvereinbarungen und gesetzlichen Vorgaben
- Beratung von Mitarbeitern und Führungskräften in allen entgeltrelevanten, steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragen
- Korrespondenz mit Ämtern, Sozialversicherungsträgern und Finanzbehörden
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Statistiken und Auswertungen
- Vor- und Nachbereitung von Prüfungen durch Sozialversicherungs- und Finanzbehörden
Requirements
- kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen oder Lohnbuchhaltung
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung
- fundierte Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht sowie in einschlägigen Rechtsvorschriften
- umfassende Expertise in der Anwendung von Lohnbuchhaltungssoftware, idealerweise SAP
- teamfähig, verantwortungsbewusst und selbständig
