Responsibilities
Independently manage and execute payroll processing for an assigned portfolio of clients
Provide expert advice to our clients on income tax and social security matters related to payroll
Maintain and manage personnel and payroll records and perform administrative tasks related to reporting and certifications
Correspond and coordinate with external bodies such as social insurance agencies, health insurers and government authorities
Contribute to the continuous optimization and digitization of payroll processes
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training, ideally with further qualification in payroll
Solid DATEV skills (Payroll)
Experience in payroll processing and knowledge of payroll tax and social security law
