About the role

  • HR-Generalist managing payroll processes and advising clients in a hybrid environment at S/H/G Steuerberater Rechtsanwälte Wirtschaftsprüfer Partnerschaftsgesellschaft mbB.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage and execute payroll processing for an assigned portfolio of clients
  • Provide expert advice to our clients on income tax and social security matters related to payroll
  • Maintain and manage personnel and payroll records and perform administrative tasks related to reporting and certifications
  • Correspond and coordinate with external bodies such as social insurance agencies, health insurers and government authorities
  • Contribute to the continuous optimization and digitization of payroll processes

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training, ideally with further qualification in payroll
  • Solid DATEV skills (Payroll)
  • Experience in payroll processing and knowledge of payroll tax and social security law
  • Structured and meticulous working style
  • Enjoy working with clients and possess a solution-oriented mindset
