- Payroll Specialist managing payroll processes and overseeing employee databases at Ravago Greece, a leader in plastics and chemicals. Responsible for reporting and cooperation across departments in payroll functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of a company's payroll
- Processing payroll and maintaining the employee database regarding salary and pay
- Gathering information on hours worked for each employee/sick day/leaves etc.
- Managing private insurance benefits
- Prepare reports and annual budget for upper management, finance department etc.
- Cooperate with different departments to increase payroll service performance
- Process data and prepare tax and insurance information
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
- 2 - 3 years previous work experience as Payroll Specialist in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Payroll EpsilonNet program is mandatory (Pylon)
- Familiar with work-shift and surcharges would be considered as a strong asset
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
