About the role

  • Payroll Administrator responsible for managing payroll processes and compliance for life sciences consulting firm. Ensuring accurate payroll and managing complex leave programs for expanding workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Support accurate, timely payroll processing.
  • Manage complex paid leave programs.
  • Maintain payroll records and resolve discrepancies.
  • Partner with HR and Finance for payroll alignment.
  • Coordinate with India payroll providers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably with a consulting firm.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency with Sage Intacct is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience running **US payroll using ADP** (mission-critical).
  • Strong knowledge of **US paid leave programs** and associated compliance requirements.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data with confidentiality.
  • Experience in a multi-state, rapidly scaling organization preferred.
  • Experience supporting or processing **India payroll**.
  • Prior experience in a global company with distributed teams (US/Canada/India).
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll integrations.
