About the role

  • HR Payroll Specialist managing payroll and employee services in structured international environment. Preparing payroll, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with HR processes.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare the monthly payroll and perform post-processing using standard payroll software.
  • Maintain employee master data and digital personnel files in HR and time management systems.
  • Draft employment contracts, certificates and references, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR- and payroll-related inquiries.
  • Support company audits and social security inspections.
  • Work closely with Finance and prepare personnel-related data for provisions and reporting.
  • Analyze HR metrics and support the continuous improvement of internal HR processes.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training, preferably with a focus on HR, payroll or taxation.
  • Professional experience in HR, payroll processing, or as a tax clerk.
  • Solid knowledge of payroll tax and social security legislation.
  • Confident use of payroll software, ideally DATEV LODAS.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Structured, conscientious and solution-oriented working style.
  • Strong numerical affinity and analytical thinking skills.
  • Business-fluent German (at least C1 level).
