Responsibilities
Prepare the monthly payroll and perform post-processing using standard payroll software.
Maintain employee master data and digital personnel files in HR and time management systems.
Draft employment contracts, certificates and references, and ensure accurate documentation.
Serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR- and payroll-related inquiries.
Support company audits and social security inspections.
Work closely with Finance and prepare personnel-related data for provisions and reporting.
Analyze HR metrics and support the continuous improvement of internal HR processes.
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training, preferably with a focus on HR, payroll or taxation.
Professional experience in HR, payroll processing, or as a tax clerk.
Solid knowledge of payroll tax and social security legislation.
Confident use of payroll software, ideally DATEV LODAS.
Proficient in MS Excel.
Structured, conscientious and solution-oriented working style.
Strong numerical affinity and analytical thinking skills.
Business-fluent German (at least C1 level).
