Einblicke in ein Shared-Leadership-Modell (PCM, Scrum Master, Product Owner)
Kennenlernen eines agilen Setups im Arbeitsalltag inklusive Agile Basics (Agilität: Werte und Prinzipien & Scrum, Kanban etc. als Frameworks zur Umsetzung)
Einblicke in Personalthemen innerhalb der Product Line (Nachbesetzungen, Personalstrategie, Verlagerungen in Best-Cost Countries, Budgetplanung, Kostenstellenstruktur, etc.)
Kennenlernen von Software wie Mendix (Workforce Planning Tool) oder Jira
Einblicke in fünf verschiedene Produktgruppen mit insgesamt 35 Produkten - kennenlernen von Organisationsstrukturen und/ oder Technologien in einem Konzern
Requirements
Laufendes Studium der BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Informatik, idealerweise für mindestens die nächsten 12 Monate immatrikuliert
Interesse an Organisationsentwicklung, Change Management und agilem Arbeiten
Lernmentalität: Sie sind neugierig auf neue Technologien/Trends und treiben Ihre persönliche Weiterentwicklung aktiv voran
Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und hohe Kommunikationsstärke
Freude am Arbeiten in internationalen Teams sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
