About the role

  • People Service Partner focusing on payroll processing for Scania Germany. Managing salary calculations and providing HR administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Independently prepare payroll for a defined group of employees
  • Handle all administrative HR tasks from onboarding to offboarding
  • Process time recording for the assigned regions
  • Independently advise and support specialist and senior managers on HR-related issues and collaborate with our works council
  • Prepare statistics and reports
  • Implement company agreements and collective bargaining agreements in our HR systems

Requirements

  • Several years of proven practical experience in payroll
  • Ideally a further qualification as a certified HR specialist (Personalfachkaufmann/-frau)
  • Enthusiasm for working on HR-related projects
  • Confident user of MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Ideally experience with SAP SuccessFactors
