Responsibilities
Architect and lead a modern, data-driven outbound engine focused on predictable pipeline creation.
Deliver predictable top-of-funnel pipeline by structuring and executing outbound campaigns aligned to our GTM strategy, ICP, and product priorities.
Achieve and exceed personal and team appointment-setting and MRR contribution goals.
Partner with RevOps and Marketing to create integrated campaign flows.
Lead, coach, and scale a high-performance outbound BDR team.
Champion the use of AI-powered prospecting automation, sequencing intelligence, and conversational analytics to boost throughput and quality.
Maintain operational excellence by ensuring the accuracy, hygiene, and completeness of HubSpot data.
Requirements
2+ years leading high-performance BDR teams; 5+ years of SaaS sales experience.
Proven success building/optimizing inbound and outbound BDR engines.
Strong understanding of MSPs, SaaS sales cycles, and IT services.
Demonstrated ability to plan and execute outbound campaigns tied to measurable revenue outcomes.
Experience implementing AI tools to increase efficiency and signal detection across the sales process.
Deep familiarity with HubSpot and modern sales analytics platforms.
Analytical mindset paired with strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
