About the role

  • Senior Account Manager managing multifamily partners’ relationships at Rhino + Jetty. Enhancing partner success through engagement, support, and strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire partner lifecycle, from initial onboarding
  • Continuously engage with partners to identify and implement strategies for successful growth and expansion with Rhino, consistently providing added value.
  • Act as a strong advocate for partners, nurturing and strengthening their relationship with Rhino+Jetty.
  • Grow the Rhino+Jetty footprint with each partner through expansion and adoption of products.
  • Conduct virtual platform training and live product demonstrations for partners.
  • Provide comprehensive support by addressing platform functionality queries.
  • Create and enhance training materials and documentation to highlight new product features and educational resources.
  • Drive partner adoption by establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring the achievement of success metrics.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, taking full ownership of the partner experience.
  • Execute partner support tasks, including user management and report generation.
  • Contribute to the collection of client feedback and the definition of best practices and processes.
  • Share valuable client insights with relevant internal teams to improve the overall partner experience and maximize value across their portfolio.
  • Meet and exceed partner success metrics related to adoption, portfolio penetration, and growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing client relationships, ideally at a start-up or real estate company
  • 2+ years experience in a sales role
  • Superb writing and communication skills
  • Great interpersonal skills and a team player
  • A burning desire to win and reach overall company goals
  • Flexibility - we are disrupting an industry so changes to traditional processes should be expected
  • Experience in the multi family industry is a plus!
