Responsibilities
Support for the Head of Human Resources: scheduling and pre- and post-meeting preparation
Assist HR management in day-to-day operations
Participant and training management
Management of the training/learning email inbox
Documentation of all training activities
Conduct research and prepare presentations, templates and analyses (e.g., statistics, reports, fact sheets, summaries, etc.)
Support in shaping all areas of people development and in further developing measures and tools
Support in designing training offerings
Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative learning formats, especially digital formats
Requirements
Completed vocational training/advanced qualification/university degree or comparable experience, e.g., in business administration, human resources or people development
Relevant professional experience in an assistant role, HR and/or project management
Strong coordination and organizational skills; ideally experience with tools for interactive facilitation of virtual, hybrid and in-person events
Excellent MS Office skills (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
Good, empathetic communication skills
High degree of loyalty, integrity and discretion
Reliable, careful and detail-oriented working style and an open, constructive approach to differing interests and challenging situations
