About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support for the Head of Human Resources: scheduling and pre- and post-meeting preparation
  • Assist HR management in day-to-day operations
  • Participant and training management
  • Management of the training/learning email inbox
  • Documentation of all training activities
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations, templates and analyses (e.g., statistics, reports, fact sheets, summaries, etc.)
  • Support in shaping all areas of people development and in further developing measures and tools
  • Support in designing training offerings
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative learning formats, especially digital formats

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training/advanced qualification/university degree or comparable experience, e.g., in business administration, human resources or people development
  • Relevant professional experience in an assistant role, HR and/or project management
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills; ideally experience with tools for interactive facilitation of virtual, hybrid and in-person events
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
  • Good, empathetic communication skills
  • High degree of loyalty, integrity and discretion
  • Reliable, careful and detail-oriented working style and an open, constructive approach to differing interests and challenging situations
  • Commitment, quick comprehension and a flexible mindset
