About the role

  • HR Expert managing global Workday processes with a focus on recruiting, performance development, and talent management in a leading life science company. Contributing to HR community support and process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • You are the global point of contact for key users on Workday-related issues, focusing on Recruiting, Performance Development, and Talent Management
  • You are responsible for continuously improving implemented Workday processes, including evaluating business process change requests and implementing new functional requirements into the system environment
  • You (part-) lead projects and act as an interface between the project, support, and functional expert teams
  • You design and execute user trainings for different stakeholder groups and inform users about changes in the context of regular Workday updates
  • You prepare and conduct regional support visits to regularly exchange with the HR community
  • You participate in international roll-outs for functional enhancements

Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies degree, ideally in Business Administration, Business Informatics or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in HR systems & processes, ideally in Workday Recruiting and Performance Development | Talent Management
  • High system affinity, structured way of working as well as analytical and communication skills
  • Competencies in change management and experience in using change management tools
  • Experience in project management in an international environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English and German
