Responsibilities
You are the global point of contact for key users on Workday-related issues, focusing on Recruiting, Performance Development, and Talent Management
You are responsible for continuously improving implemented Workday processes, including evaluating business process change requests and implementing new functional requirements into the system environment
You (part-) lead projects and act as an interface between the project, support, and functional expert teams
You design and execute user trainings for different stakeholder groups and inform users about changes in the context of regular Workday updates
You prepare and conduct regional support visits to regularly exchange with the HR community
You participate in international roll-outs for functional enhancements
Requirements
Successfully completed studies degree, ideally in Business Administration, Business Informatics or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in HR systems & processes, ideally in Workday Recruiting and Performance Development | Talent Management
High system affinity, structured way of working as well as analytical and communication skills
Competencies in change management and experience in using change management tools
Experience in project management in an international environment
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English and German
