B2B cold outreach and prospecting
Acquisition of new customers and development of long-term customer relationships
Identification and approach of potential business partners
Monitoring and handling of relevant tenders/RFPs
Active networking within the industry to initiate business and generate leads
Close collaboration with Sales Support to efficiently implement the sales strategy
Preparation and conduct of client meetings and follow-up on leads
Representation of the company at decision-maker level (C-level)
Requirements
Existing network across various industries with mobility needs
Enthusiasm for active cold outreach and independently arranging appointments
Strong sales skills with a pronounced focus on closing deals
Proven experience in new customer acquisition in field sales
Experience handling tenders/RFPs is an advantage
Confident, persuasive presence at all hierarchical levels, particularly with C-level contacts
Business-fluent German and strong spoken and written English; French is a plus
Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style
Willingness to travel throughout Switzerland
