About the role

  • Sales Assistant handling customer inquiries and supporting sales operations in the wind energy sector. Involved in data management and client meeting organization to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Customer service: receiving, processing and following up on customer inquiries and concerns to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Data maintenance: managing and updating all sales-relevant data in the SAP and CRM systems to ensure smooth sales operations
  • Support for the Sales Manager: assisting with the planning, execution and follow-up of projects to effectively relieve the Sales Manager
  • Preparation of reports, contracts and presentations: producing key documents for the Sales Manager ahead of sales activities
  • Participation in trade shows: representing the company at trade shows and events to acquire new customers and to maintain existing customer relationships
  • Organization of customer meetings: planning and coordinating meetings with customers, including scheduling and preparing required documentation

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training (e.g., office administrator/office management clerk or industrial clerk) or an equivalent qualification
  • Relevant professional experience in the wind energy sector is an advantage
  • Confident user of common MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ideally experience with SAP
  • Very good German and basic English, both written and spoken
  • Proactive, structured working style — able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills and organizational talent
