Responsibilities

  • New customer acquisition and successful sales activities in waste management with a focus on special waste
  • Preparing quotes and cost calculations
  • Developing waste management concepts
  • Participating in tenders and bids
  • Maintaining existing customer relationships
  • Recording and tracking quotes and orders
  • Providing telephone-based customer consultations

Requirements

  • University degree or vocational training with excellent results in chemistry, waste management, or a commercial/business background
  • Prior professional experience in waste disposal, particularly in special waste, is highly desirable
  • Confident manner in negotiations and a positive presence
  • Customer- and results-oriented mindset and approach
  • Goal-driven, independent, and closing-oriented work style
  • Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to keep an overview during busy or turbulent periods
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
