Responsibilities

  • Design and own lifecycle communication logic across key customer stages
  • Build and optimise communication flows across channels (email, WhatsApp, calls, in-app, automated tasks)
  • Drive GMV growth through retention improvements and structured upsell initiatives
  • Monitor and analyse performance of lifecycle actions against KPIs
  • Continuously improve systems based on data insights and results

Requirements

  • Background in lifecycle marketing, CRM, growth, or retention-focused roles
  • Experience working with KPIs such as Retention, Churn, and LTV
  • Ability to design and manage trigger-based automation flows
  • Data-driven approach with clear understanding of revenue impact
  • High ownership mentality with strong commercial focus
  • Comfortable working with data and performance metrics daily
  • SQL knowledge or ability to work directly with databases is a strong advantage
