About the role

  • Senior Analyst focusing on digital performance for Chevrolet at MRM Brasil. Collaborating on data analysis and providing strategic insights for web platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the analytics workstream for Chevrolet digital performance, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across markets, providing guidance, prioritization, and strategic recommendations grounded in data.
  • Measure, analyze, and interpret user behavior across GM web platforms using Adobe Analytics and related Experience Cloud tools, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights.
  • Develop clear, visually compelling reports and dashboards that simplify complex data and effectively communicate performance, trends, insights, and business implications to senior stakeholders in English and Spanish.
  • Drive continuous digital performance optimization through data-driven recommendations, supporting experimentation (A/B tests, XT personalization) and collaborating with the Test & Learn team to identify opportunities that enhance conversion and customer experience.
  • Support audience strategy initiatives by leveraging Adobe Audience and first-party data to improve targeting, segmentation, and personalization opportunities across site and media.
  • Identify gaps, risks, anomalies, and measurement issues (including media parametrization errors) and proactively alert stakeholders, ensuring data integrity and timely resolution.
  • Translate insights into strategic growth opportunities, proposing improvements for site experiences, customer journeys, and funnel optimization aligned with business priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Brand, MAS/MSI, agencies, product, media) to ensure alignment on KPIs, measurement frameworks, experimentation roadmaps, and performance expectations.
  • Contribute to the team’s development and maturity, sharing knowledge, supporting junior analysts, and elevating the analytics culture by promoting best practices in data governance, storytelling, and experimentation.
  • Participate in corporate initiatives and DE&I actions, representing the analytics team with professionalism and supporting a collaborative, inclusive work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, MIS, or a related field.
  • 3+ years in Data Analysis.
  • 1+ years in data analysis and Test & Learn or experimentation roles.
  • Strong command of Adobe Experience Cloud tools (Analytics, Target, Audience, Launch).
  • Proficient in MS Office, debugging tools, and digital communication platforms.
  • Basic Spanish.
