About the role

  • Field Marketing Manager developing marketing strategies for growth markets in ASEAN and Greater China. Collaborating with sales leadership to drive pipeline growth for AI-powered data security solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional field marketing strategies that support pipeline and revenue growth in Greater China and growth markets in ASEAN (excluding Singapore and Thailand).
  • Enable and guide Cohesity’s representative partner in China, empowering them to execute brand‑building and demand‑generation programs that support sales objectives across the China market.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing programs and events that create demand, accelerate pipeline, and strengthen executive level engagement with customers and partners – ensuring all initiatives deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Own marketing performance, including reporting, pipeline analysis, and marketing ROI.
  • Monitor lead flow and ensure timely follow‑up by sales and partner channels, optimizing conversion and improving pipeline hygiene.
  • Drive utilisation of Cohesity’s partner program to extend market reach and improve partner engagement.
  • Provide onsite support for marketing activities; travel required (20–30%).
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of field marketing or regional marketing experience in technology or SaaS industry.
  • Proven ability to partner with sales leadership and deliver measurable pipeline impact.
  • Experience managing budgets, agencies, and multi‑market program operations, preferably within APJ.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (Marketo, Salesforce preferred).
  • Prior experience supporting or enabling channel/partner marketing programs is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to draw insights from performance data.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese Mandarin.
  • Self-starter with a hands-on approach.
