Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional field marketing strategies that support pipeline and revenue growth in Greater China and growth markets in ASEAN (excluding Singapore and Thailand).
Enable and guide Cohesity’s representative partner in China, empowering them to execute brand‑building and demand‑generation programs that support sales objectives across the China market.
Plan and execute integrated marketing programs and events that create demand, accelerate pipeline, and strengthen executive level engagement with customers and partners – ensuring all initiatives deliver measurable outcomes.
Own marketing performance, including reporting, pipeline analysis, and marketing ROI.
Monitor lead flow and ensure timely follow‑up by sales and partner channels, optimizing conversion and improving pipeline hygiene.
Drive utilisation of Cohesity’s partner program to extend market reach and improve partner engagement.
Provide onsite support for marketing activities; travel required (20–30%).
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.
Requirements
8+ years of field marketing or regional marketing experience in technology or SaaS industry.
Proven ability to partner with sales leadership and deliver measurable pipeline impact.
Experience managing budgets, agencies, and multi‑market program operations, preferably within APJ.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (Marketo, Salesforce preferred).
Prior experience supporting or enabling channel/partner marketing programs is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to draw insights from performance data.
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese Mandarin.
