About the role

  • Marketplace Growth Partner responsible for driving seller success at Kmart Marketplace. Acquire high-potential sellers, manage success through account development, and ensure customer satisfaction via strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the growth of the Kmart Marketplace by acquiring high-potential sellers and managing their success through strategic account development.
  • Execute strategic category plans to expand assortment, increase brand density, and align pricing with customer expectations.
  • Build strong seller relationships and support their engagement in promotional programs and loyalty initiatives.
  • Use data insights to optimise seller performance and ensure alignment with Kmart’s commercial goals.

  • Strong commercial & financial acumen
  • CRM & Sales tools proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Marketplace & eCommerce platform understanding
  • Data analysis & reporting expertise
  • Customer-centric mindset & strategic thinking
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to develop and drive improvement initiatives
