drive pipeline and revenue growth by managing the performance of enterprise marketing programs across Slack's Invoice Growth Marketing initiatives
lead localization efforts to ensure our programs are relevant across global operating units

develop and manage comprehensive demand generation program calendars
maintain centralized content libraries and strategic assets
partner with vendors and manage budgets for content creation and asset development
develop and optimize email programs that drive consistent pipeline generation
create and maintain automated dashboards and reports for program performance
continuously improve marketing workflows and data hygiene practices
Requirements
5+ years of experience in multi-touch demand generation, campaign management, or digital marketing, preferably in scaled B2B SaaS organizations
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Proven track record of building pipeline through multi-channel programs and owning end-to-end campaign execution
Global marketing experience across segments and regions strongly preferred
Technical proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and campaign analytics
