About the role

  • CRM Campaign Manager at home24 driving engagement and revenue through impactful CRM campaigns. Managing newsletters, customer journeys, and data analysis to optimize performance in e-commerce.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the end-to-end process for our inspirational newsletters, from planning and creation to execution and reporting.
  • Create a dedicated experience for our homeclub members through a special newsletter and pioneer our new seller newsletter program through testing and implementation
  • Identify key touchpoints in the customer journey to feature inspirational content and work in close alignment with stakeholders like Graphics and Brand to plan and coordinate the creation of engaging newsletter content
  • Conduct regular, in-depth analysis and reporting of CRM campaign performance, translating insights into actionable optimization recommendations
  • Design and execute ongoing A/B tests to maximize newsletter effectiveness and drive deeper personalization, ensuring a data-driven approach to all CRM measures
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, graphics, brand, editorial) to ensure seamless campaign execution and strategic alignment
  • Stay proactively informed about the latest CRM trends, technologies, and emerging AI applications, actively exploring how AI can enhance campaign effectiveness, personalization, and operational efficiency within your role

Requirements

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in CRM Campaign Management, ideally within an e-commerce environment
  • Strong hands-on experience with CRM automation platforms (ideally Emarsy) and experience with personalization tools (e.g. Dynamic Yield) are a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns
  • Proficient in data analysis and deriving actionable insights from campaign performance metrics
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and a strong data-driven mindset
  • A keen interest in emerging technologies and its application in CRM
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • A creative mindset and a passion for home & living topics
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal: Fluency in English is required, German language skills are a plus.
