Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage campaigns operationally
  • Create communication materials and conversion journeys
  • Select and coordinate offers
  • Utilize data analyses and audience insights
  • Manage marketing automation and A/B tests
  • Support performance dialogues and identify corrective actions

Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant field
  • Strong knowledge of campaign management processes
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven working style
  • Experience in dialogue marketing
  • Proactive, structured and hands-on working style
  • Team player with strong communication skills and language proficiency in German (C1) and English (at least B2)
