About the role

  • Junior IT-Architect for HR-Solutions assisting clients with HR software implementation and integration. Collaborating on modern IT landscapes and data flows for various software products.

Responsibilities

  • Support in the implementation of software related to Human Resources
  • Primary point of contact for questions regarding the integration of the software solution and coordination of interface setup
  • Design of technical data flows between software products such as Azure, SAP, and web services
  • Participation in the development of new integrations for software partners
  • Help shape internal processes and contribute your own ideas
  • Opportunity for remote work and certification in software solutions

Requirements

  • Successfully completed university degree — e.g., in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience gained through various internships in the HR field
  • Basic knowledge of an object-oriented programming language
  • Experience with web services (SOAP, REST, etc.) and understanding of JSON, XML and XSLT
  • Experience with authentication methods (e.g., SAML, OAuth 2.0)
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud Platform is an advantage
  • Strong IT affinity, analytical skills, and willingness to learn new topics
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, proactive approach, and an ownership mentality
  • Ability to think through problems end-to-end and develop sustainable solutions
  • Team-oriented and strong communication skills
  • Confident and persuasive communication in German and English
