About the role

  • (Senior) Consultant managing end-to-end HR Tech & Digital Transformation projects for clients. Leading project planning and execution, ensuring effective stakeholder communication and project success.

Responsibilities

  • Take on project leadership: planning, control, quality assurance, communication
  • Analyze HR processes and system landscapes and derive the target state
  • Conduct structured software selection: capture requirements and set up evaluations
  • Provide consulting on competency/skill management
  • Design an integrated HR setup across the entire employee lifecycle
  • Identify and evaluate AI use cases in HR
  • Coach team members and ensure smooth collaboration within the team
  • Own resource and capacity planning for the project
  • Conduct project close-out reviews and secure learnings for follow-up projects

Requirements

  • Several years of experience leading HR IT consulting engagements
  • Confident in running workshops, moderating sessions, and driving decision-making
  • Understanding of common HR processes and their representation in systems
  • Strong expertise in HR IT architecture, software selection, and integrated HR landscapes across the employee lifecycle
  • Analytical working style, clear communication, and a structured approach
  • Proven stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent and persuasive in German and English
