Requirements

Extensive HR generalist and business partnering experience, ideally across multiple European countries.
Strong background in organizational development, talent management, and change leadership.
Experience supporting integrations, transformations, or multi‑country HR operations.
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and cost awareness.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust and influence at all levels.
Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior colleagues.
High proficiency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
