Responsibilities
Responsible for executing processes in line with policies and standard operating procedures.
Serve as the point of contact between the company and external candidates, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.

Requirements
Fluency in Dutch & English is mandatory.
Previous experience in talent acquisition, customer service or any HR admin field is a plus.
Familiarity with HR systems, particularly Workday, is a plus.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
