About the role

  • Junior HR Admin coordinating service operations and supporting onboarding processes at Mondelēz International. Ensuring compliance and delivering a positive candidate experience in Romania.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for executing processes in line with policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Serve as the point of contact between the company and external candidates, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the HR system, primarily using Workday.
  • Draft salary proposals for internal candidates and ensure compliance with local Compensation & Benefit policies.
  • Support the onboarding process by facilitating a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Working flexibly across other teams within the People Shared Service Centre as volumes in the centre fluctuate.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch & English is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in talent acquisition, customer service or any HR admin field is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, particularly Workday, is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
