About the role

  • HR Specialist managing Employee Lifecycle and supporting HR tasks in a medium-sized dynamic environment. Focusing on Personio for HR data administration and payroll.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the entire employee lifecycle (from onboarding to offboarding)
  • Maintaining and administering all HR data in the HR system Personio (required)
  • Assisting with payroll preparation, ideally with Personio Payroll
  • Drafting employment contracts, certificates and HR documents
  • Serving as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters
  • Supporting recruiting (job postings, applicant management, interviews)
  • Maintaining personnel files and reporting on HR metrics
  • Participating in HR projects and process optimizations

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or degree with a focus on HR
  • Several years of experience in human resources, ideally in a medium-sized company
  • Excellent knowledge of Personio
  • Experience with Personio Payroll is an advantage
  • Structured, independent and reliable working style
  • Strong communication skills and trustworthiness in handling sensitive data
