Responsibilities
Responsible for coordination and administration of various human resources programs, policies, plans, and procedures.
Addresses HR-related inquiries from all levels of employees.
Uses tools or resources to resolve issues, partnering with applicable HR specialists when necessary.
Conducts research to ensure that human resources policies, procedures, plans, and programs correctly align with the applicable employment laws and regulations.
Involved in all HR aspects, including but not limited to: talent, employee engagement, change management, organizational design and development, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and/or training, coaching and development, and workforce planning.
Requirements
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline
