Provides high-quality HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
Supports the delivery of a fair, consistent, and legally compliant people service
Leads on employee relations issues and coaches managers in effective people management
Contributes to wider HR initiatives that support organizational success, culture, and employee wellbeing
Operates HR support
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
CIPD qualification or equivalent would be an advantage but not essential
Proven experience in a similar HR advisory or generalist role
Knowledge of employment law and HR policies
Exposure to HR practices in North America and APAC regions would be an advantage but not essential
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
