About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provides high-quality HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
  • Supports the delivery of a fair, consistent, and legally compliant people service
  • Leads on employee relations issues and coaches managers in effective people management
  • Contributes to wider HR initiatives that support organizational success, culture, and employee wellbeing
  • Operates HR support

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent would be an advantage but not essential
  • Proven experience in a similar HR advisory or generalist role
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR policies
  • Exposure to HR practices in North America and APAC regions would be an advantage but not essential
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
