About the role

  • Regional Account Executive in charge of business acquisition and revenue generation for fintech in Zimbabwe. Fostering relationships with key accounts and driving sustainable business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Champion new business acquisition by formulating sales plans
  • Drives revenue generation by negotiating sales deals with channel partners
  • Meet set customer acquisition , activation and retention targets
  • Analyses merchant/channel performance, potential and viability and recommends appropriate action
  • Prospects for and carries out regular trade merchant/channel visits
  • Identifies gaps to achieve set distribution benchmark

Requirements

  • 2-4 years working experience in a similar or a related field
  • Sales and Marketing, Business Management or any other relevant qualifications
