  • You know B2B sales — ideally in the automotive industry.
  • Digitally minded: software, processes, IT — you understand what you're selling.
  • Proven track record: you've closed deals you're proud of.
  • Strategic and hands-on: you plan smart and get things done.
  • Strong communicator: you explain complex topics simply — and persuade others.
  • Good at reading people: you sense what customers need and negotiate confidently.
  • Linguistically adept: fluent in German and English — clear, confident, and professional.
