About the role

  • People Ops Specialist contributing to improving employee engagement and workplace experience at Reward Gateway. Managing the lifecycle of employee processes including onboarding and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage processes encompassing the employee lifecycle - onboarding, role changes and promotions, offboarding, and others
  • Support with people documentation - contracts, offer letters, and other
  • Handling day-to-day inquiries and answering a range of people-related questions from employees and Managers
  • Administration of all levels of benefit offering (introduction, enrolment/application set-up, data reporting) across the group
  • Support with people systems management, producing data and reporting using different systems
  • Support with all technical aspects of people processes including administration and maintenance of internal and external systems that host employee benefits
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS and ensure records are always up to date
  • Manage the administration of employees' leave requests; holidays, sickness, unpaid, parental, and volunteering
  • Participate in HR projects aimed at improving processes and employee experience
  • Partner with and support Managers and Leaders to implement people programmes and projects
  • Partner with the wider People team to implement our people strategy and strategic objectives (rg.co/peoplestrategy), and linked to that People Ops Strategy
  • Flexible but regular attendance in the office will enable you to collaborate with the team and get to know other teams and understand their ways of working

Requirements

  • Internal candidates: 2+ years of experience working with RG and a good understanding of internal structures and processes will be considered an advantage
  • External candidates: 1+ years of experience in people administration role will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in both Bulgarian and English languages
  • Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role would be considered an advantage
  • A keen eye for detail and good analytical skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
  • Well-organised and self-disciplined
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of employee information
  • Proficient computer user (Excel, Pivot, Google Sheets, Docs, etc) and confident in testing and implementing new tools and systems to optimise processes and improve the employee experience
  • Able to work as part of a team and build long-term relationships with stakeholders
  • Confident in working with stakeholders at all levels
