Responsibilities
Independently and timely execution of monthly payroll processing, taking into account all tax and social security regulations
Preparation, review and management of employment contracts and other HR-related documents
Careful maintenance and continuous updating of employee master data in the payroll system
Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for employees regarding pay components, deductions, certificates and payments
Independently handle written and telephone correspondence with employees, health insurance providers, authorities and external partners
Create, analyze and ensure the quality of payroll- and HR-related reports, and contribute to the optimization of internal processes
Requirements
Completed commercial or tax-related vocational training, or equivalent qualification
Experience in payroll accounting
Confident user of MS Office and ideally experienced with common administrative and ERP systems such as DATEV
Structured, reliable and independent working style
Strong communication skills and confident interaction with diverse stakeholders
Good written and spoken German (additional languages are an advantage)
