About the role

  • Manage customer portfolio in the Human Nutrition segment for Vidara in Portugal. Develop strategic products and conduct market analysis in various sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the customer portfolio in Portugal within the Human Nutrition segment.
  • Assure BGT (volume and profit) and find potential customers.
  • Manage key accounts in Bakery, Dairy, Meat and Nutraceuticals sectors.
  • Meet annual BGT and develop strategic products.
  • Conduct market analysis with existing and potential customers.
  • Support Product Managers to move obsolete inventory.
  • Provide updates on customer portfolio analysis and project progress to the Segment Human Nutrition Manager.

Requirements

  • Degree in Food Technology, Food or Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Portuguese food industry.
  • Knowledge of Food Safety systems (Quality and Food Safety Management), food safety culture, fraud prevention, and food defense.
  • Languages: Portuguese (native), English (mandatory), Spanish (preferred).
  • Experience with SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
