About the role

  • Sales Manager handling customer acquisition and product presentations for an industrial product labeling company. Collaborating with development teams to create technical solutions and individualized offers.

Responsibilities

  • Account management for existing customers and acquisition of new customers
  • Product presentations and sales negotiations on site at the customer
  • On-site customer assessments and concept development
  • Project coordination
  • Development of technical solutions for customer requirements together with colleagues from product development
  • Preparation of individual/customized offers

Requirements

  • Commercial or technical vocational training or a comparable degree
  • Sales experience (preferably in capital goods/industrial equipment) is desirable
  • Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication
  • Technical background or strong technical interest
  • Organizational talent and solution-oriented mindset
  • Independent working style as well as the ability to work in a team
