About the role

  • Technical Sales Manager promoting advanced communication solutions for railways, focusing on client acquisition and long-term relationship management. Supporting marketing efforts while collaborating with various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Acquisition of new customers and support of existing customers
  • Technical consulting for customers, analyzing their requirements and developing suitable solutions
  • Preparation of technical proposals, structured order entry and follow-up until approval
  • Conducting product presentations and customer trainings
  • Supporting marketing with technical expertise
  • Close collaboration with product management and development

Requirements

  • Completed degree or vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering / Technical Management
  • Experience in technical sales or project business is an advantage
  • Strong technical understanding and excellent communication skills
  • Independent, structured working style and willingness to travel
  • Very good German and good English skills
