About the role

  • Passenger Sales Manager developing customer relationships across B2B partners in the travel trade. Responsible for account growth and promoting DFDS’ passenger offerings across routes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow customer and account relationships across the passenger travel trade
  • Develop existing accounts and identify new commercial opportunities
  • Drive revenue growth through strong partnerships and targeted engagement initiatives
  • Promote DFDS’ passenger offering across our routes while securing effective commercial agreements with key partners
  • Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and training sessions to increase product knowledge and engagement

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally with a background in account management or business development
  • UK destination experience is highly desirable
  • Ability to effectively promote our routes and products
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple accounts while planning and prioritising sales activity effectively
