Responsibilities
Manage and develop the commodity product range (INSTY) and the sustainable range (LAVERGNE, OCEANWORKS, RAVAPURA).
Achieve the sales targets set by the Group and management.
Promote and expand these ranges with major accounts and key decision-makers.
Supervise and grow the “Sustainable” range (LAVERGNE, OCEANWORKS, RAVAPURA), anticipating its future development.
Provide material and product expertise to the sales teams.
Prospect and develop relationships with major accounts and key decision-makers throughout mainland France.
Establish contacts, propose tailored solutions, and initiate sales before handing them over to local sales representatives.
Manage commercial opportunities and ensure rigorous follow-up.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) minimum in business, a technical field, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the plastics or polymer materials sector, including product portfolio management and business development.
Experience in cosmetics, industrial applications, or recycled plastics is appreciated.
Driving licence (category B) required.
Strong command of IT tools: CRM, OHM, Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of the plastics industry, commodity products, and sustainability challenges.
Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and the ability to manage stress.
